They gave us a queen room with new walk-in shower, major attention, as for instance. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was amazing.

The breakfast is wonderful, and the location is ideal close enough to the centre of lots of cafes and restaurants, and the local shops, restaurants and pubs with straight access to the Historic side of the town.

The hotel was quaint and clean, with affable staff at reception desk on arrival.

Magnificent very central location, close enough to the esplanade, the castle, cathedral and main entertainment street and local museum n cathedral. Large units with a nice view and a comfy bed.

Very very helpful staff in a phone call at my expense to get service! A truly beautiful area, perfectly comfortable and easy location not far from castle, cathedral and book and antique shops, Train station, shops, restaurants and more, and other points of interest. And also only a short distance to Rochester Castle.

The place is excellent value and has wonderful location close to the Cathedral where I was due to sing with a choir.

We spent 1 night in double room with stand up shower, a huge comfortable bed and cupboard. The location was very central, next to the castle, cathedral and river walk on the doorstep, the centre of rochester great location and local attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a key location, close to the town center and within walking distance of various attractions. Another aspect that I appreciated was the free parking provided by the hotel. It saved me the hassle of finding a parking spot in a busy area. Additionally, the hotel offered comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the lack of a wardrobe in the room was a downside.

We had a great time here - the twin room we asked for had a modern kettle, and the location was fantastic with Rochester Castle nearby.

Incredible and brilliant location for our visit to Rochester Castle just a short walk away from the hotel. Welcoming staffs, gave a few recommendations. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our queen room.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of Guildhall Museum.

The location was beautiful and unbeatable, short walk to historic sightseeing, restaurants, and the Guildhall Museum. We had the deluxe king suite which was well priced and brand-new with the rolltop bath.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of town. It was convenient to have shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with all the necessary information and made us feel welcome.

One downside was the issue with the heating in our room. It was quite chilly and despite our requests for more heating, we were only given a blanket.
